Healthcare is undergoing sweeping change – and with that change comes the need for HR leaders to strategically guide their healthcare organizations to a future state. Then, Beth Bowie, PHR, SHRM-CP will present Central Maine Medical Family’s (CMMF) transformation journey by focusing on recruiting top talent and reducing turnover, resulting in quantifiable results.
