By 2020 Millennials will comprise of at least 50% of the workforce. Much has been written, some accurate and some myths, about the differences in values among the Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials. In this interactive, relevant and interesting seminar, attendees will discuss best practices for recruiting and attracting Millennials, creating a company culture to retain workers and being creative in providing incentives for Millennials. We will also discuss training and managing Millennials to include truthful and regular feedback and developing a positive work experience.
