Carla Kennedy joined LHC as a Senior Consultant with specialized skills in Talent Acquisition, recruitment advertising, and business process redesign. Prior to Lean Human Capital, Carla spent 15 years in Talent Acquisition with healthcare and government organizations; The City of Chicago, Mt. Sinai Hospital and Spectrum Health. Most recently, she led Talent Acquisition at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL., managed day-to-day operations, recruitment advertising, and system/software/program implementations and administration. Her passion around process optimization and continuous process improvement led to successful outcomes at Rush. Through a lean recruitment transformation journey, Carla improved their recruitment performance in speed and efficiency, reduced advertising costs by 40%, and achieved recognition as an Elite Honor Roll winner in 2014 and 2015 by Lean Human Capital’s Healthcare Recruitment Metrics Benchmark Study.
